Rachel Hallaway

Rachel Hallaway has been a friend to the outdoors for years, exploring the creeks and parks in her neighborhood as a child and new locations on camping trips. She studied marine biology and life sciences in high school before moving on to forestry and ecology in college. She has worked on the coast for over six years as an interpretive aide for county parks and for the Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods for nearly four years, both as an aide and as the Field Operations Assistant Manager. She is dedicated to educating visitors about the Sonoma Coast, Armstrong Redwoods, Austin Creek and Willow Creek, as well as local wildlife and plants/wildflowers.
