After retiring from my career in real estate and construction project management, I embraced my passion for the environment and became a state parks volunteer, actively involved with the Stewards Of The Coast And Redwoods since 2022. Additionally, in the past, I had the privilege of being a partner and former owner of a construction company that specialized in solar and energy conservation measures.Throughout my life, I’ve been a staunch advocate for preserving nature and defending animal rights. I truly believe in the importance of safeguarding our environment for future generations. One of my proudest accomplishments was being a founding member of the Pocket Canyon protection group. Together with Forests Unlimited, we worked tirelessly to oppose a clear-cut logging proposal for the beautiful Pocket Canyon area situated between Forestville and Guerneville.  My background has equipped me with a diverse skill set, including project and business management, organizational and negotiation skills, fundraising, and public outreach. But most importantly, I’ve learned to cherish every moment and find joy in whatever I do. Life is about having fun and making a positive impact along the way.
