Cathy Johnson will be leading a gentle 75-minute all-levels yoga with meditation at the beautiful Redwood Forest Theater. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has completed 500-hour training with Yoga Alliance. Her flows are accessible, help you relax and heal in the aroma of the Redwood Forest!

Please bring a yoga mat and any additional equipment you like to use.
