Heike Liss, Artist in Residence at Pond Farm for July, will lead a guided Sound Walk at and around Pond Farm. Sound Walking is a listening exercise that helps relax our minds and become aware of and connect with our environment. We will spend an hour walking together in silence to listen to the unique voice of Pond Farm and Armstrong woods. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, a snack or lunch (if you want to eat in the park later) something to drink/a water bottle.
