Stewards invites you to join Deneene Bell for a 60 minute, all-levels yoga and meditation in the redwoods. Pre-registration is required.
Deneene will be leading the group in at the Redwood Forest Theater, in Armstrong Redwoods. As you enter this sacred space, the dappled sunlight filtering through the canopy creates a tranquil ambiance, inviting you to leave behind the stresses of modern life, allowing you to reconnect with nature’s embrace. With each posture, you feel a profound sense of grounding, drawing strength from the ancient roots that anchor these towering trees.

Deneene Bell of Wild Sage Yoga has been a Guerneville local and neighbor of Armstrong Woods for 24 years. She is a certified yoga teacher, a Reiki II practitioner, and a meditation guide. She leads nourishing and empowering practices with a dynamic balance of breath and movement, designed to be accessible and sustainable for all levels, all bodies, and all beings.
