Connect with nature, engage the senses, and enjoy the therapeutic health benefits of a mind, body, spirit experience of complete immersion into our beautiful redwood forest. We will meet at the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve Visitor Center, and walk slowly and quietly around the forest floor trails, stopping frequently to see, listen, touch, smell, and taste. Larry and Cynthia will share health information and concepts that will inspire! $10 pre-registration required.
The complete details of the scientific basis of the health benefits can be found at the following website links. https://forestimmersion.com/about-forest-bathing/ and https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/90720.html and https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5580555/citedby/
