Join us for a relaxing hour in an ancient Redwood Forest!
Stewards invites you to join Cathy Johnson for a gentle 60 minute, all-levels yoga and meditation in the redwoods.
Cathy will be leading the group in a gentle session at the Forest Theater, in Armstrong Redwoods. As you enter this sacred space, the dappled sunlight filtering through the canopy creates a tranquil ambiance, inviting you to leave behind the stresses of modern life, allowing you to reconnect with nature’s embrace. With each posture, you feel a profound sense of grounding, drawing strength from the ancient roots that anchor these towering trees.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any additional equipment you would like to use.
Cathy is a Registered Yoga Teacher, who has completed a 500-hour training with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
