Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods invites you to Yoga Under the Redwoods, with Cathy Johnson. Cathy is a Registered Yoga Teacher, who has completed a 500-hour training with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500). Cathy will be leading the group in a gentle, all-levels yoga session, with meditation, at the beautiful Redwood Forest Amphitheater, within Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve. Join us for a relaxing evening in the ancient Redwood Forest.

Cathy Johnson will be leading a gentle 75-minute all-levels yoga with meditation at the beautiful Redwood Forest Theater. Her flows are accessible, help you relax and heal in the aroma of the Redwood Forest! Please bring a yoga mat and any additional equipment you like to use.
