Sign ups will close 24 hours prior to the event and if we do not have at least 3 people sign up it will be cancelled/rescheduled.

Cathy Johnson will be leading a gentle 75-minute all-levels yoga with meditation on the beautiful Sonoma Coast. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has completed 500-hour training with Yoga Alliance. Her flows are accessible, help you relax and heal in the sunset on the Sonoma Coast!

Please bring a yoga mat and any additional equipment you like to use.
