The Lee Vandeveer Band brings a wide variety of musical and artistic influences together to create a rockin’ sound that blend’s elements of blues, psychedelic rock and elements of jazz into a powerful bundle that gets your body moving. Lee’s melodies and lyrics invite the listener on a journey through biographical tales of joy, sorrow and defiance. A musical landscape that explores the tangles of love, longing and loss. Lee’s vocals are delivered with the power and honesty of someone who’s lived it.
Bassist/vocalist, Baylee Russell brings their groove sensibilities to the music and delivers a fat sound that lays a deep pocket and foundation for the LVB sound. Along with their skills as a bassist, their strong melodic sensibility has contributed to co-creating songs and arrangements with Lee for the band.
Guitarist/vocalist, Ryan Weiss has an edgy and powerful guitar sound. His strong sense of melody and keen ear for arrangements as well as enthusiasm for many musical styles make him critical to the LVB sound. Couple that with a great voice and Cheshire cat grin and you’ll want to see him play!
Drummer/vocalist, Demauri Hall with musical styles that range from neo-soul to progressive rock, adds a unique fusion to LVB. His passion for music can be felt in his beats, heard in his voice and will definitely get you moving! In addition to being a musician, Hall has a background in sound design, production and engineering. His knowledge and input around the process of song creating is invaluable to the band.
