We’re sorry, this tracking class is cancelled. Watch our events page for rescheduled classes.
Let’s go for a walk at one of Sonoma County’s most beautiful places, Pomo Canyon, venturing into the world of our local animal inhabitants. Join Larry and Cynthia and learn to recognize animal tracks and signs, nests and burrows. We will open our senses to details of animal presence and interactions in the environment. This is a great class for beginning trackers, and all levels are welcome! The group will meet along Willow Creek Road at 9am at the entrance to the Pomo Canyon Environmental Campground along Willow Creek Road: Pomo Canyon Environmental Campground, Highway 1, Duncans Mills, CA 95430 . Willow Creek Road connects with Highway 1 two miles south of the town of Jenner along the Sonoma Coast.
This is not a series. Pre-registration is required.
This event is open for children 12 years and older.
