Come experience the beauty of Armstrong Redwoods with your children ages 6 and up as the sun sets and the forest grows dark. We’ll play games about nighttime forest animals, go on a short walk using all of our senses, and look for fungi and invertebrates that glow in UV light. Your guides are staff members of Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods and California State Parks. Rain will cancel, and we will try to reschedule.

Children ages 6 and older are welcome. Please have a ratio of one adult per 2 children.

This event is free, and you will need to pay the $10 park entrance fee.

Dress in warm layers, bring water and a UV light. You can purchase a UV light online and at many outdoor stores. One of our favorites is here: UV Light
