Group Public Tours
Group tours are available in Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.
Book early! Please make your reservation at least two weeks prior to your visit.
Docent-led experiences are available for groups of 5 to 60 people.
We are unable to accept reservations made less than two weeks in advance without special permission, and we can not provide docent-led group tours during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday, May through September).
The cost will be confirmed after you book your reservation. Please note that your tour is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from our Programs staff. Tours are approx. 2 hours, but can be extended based on your group’s needs (additional cost may apply). A typical tour is 2 hours from the Visitor Center to the Group Picnic Area. Many groups like to have lunch or take a break at the Group Picnic Area after the tour Our docents are knowledgeable about the flora and fauna in the parks, as well as the history and geologic features. Group public tour rates do not apply to school groups.
