Relax and heal in the aroma of the Redwood Forest with a 1 hour, all levels gentle yoga class. A practice composed of restorative and mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Meet yourself simply where you are to return to your center and still your being.

Outdoor yoga classes at the Redwood Forest Theater within Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Preserve will be led by Jamie Bartlett (RYT200).

Please bring a yoga mat and any additional props or equipment you would like to use.
