Join us for a Summer Solstice celebration, at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve. Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods invites you to Yoga Under the Redwoods, with Cathy Johnson (E-RYT 500). The Summer Solstice is the doorway to the second half of the year, which is a great time to set new intentions and recommit to existing ones. The Summer Solstice is s time of reflection, release, restoration, and renewal.
