Fee: $20 members, $25 non-members (price includes Armstrong Redwoods parking fee)

Join “Mycochef” Patrick Hamilton to have a mushroom adventure in the redwoods and you will learn to identify fungi finds including maybe black trumpets, golden chanterelles, hedgehogs, candy caps, matsutake, “dyers’ mushrooms”, and also many lesser known, but safe and tasty, edibles too.

Patrick Hamilton is an active member of the board and for years was the executive chef of the Sonoma county Mushroom Association (SOMA) and now their current Foray Coordinator.
